Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and shipping method:

Free Shipping: 7-10 business days (on orders over $50).
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations soon!
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). You can also track your order by logging into your account on our site.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Please contact us immediately at support@yeepbuyspreadsheet.com
with your order number and the correct address. We process orders quickly, so we can only change the address if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return most unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some items (like sale items or personalized goods) may be final sale.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Please visit our Returns Portal to initiate your request. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a prepaid return label.
Payment & Pricing
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shopify Pay for a faster checkout.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses SSL encryption to keep your data safe. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Q: Why was I charged sales tax?
A: We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence or where online sales tax laws apply. The tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
Q: I have a discount code. How do I use it?
A: Enter your code in the box labeled "Discount code" or "Promo code" at the checkout page and click "Apply." The discount will be subtracted from your order total.
Products & Care
Q: Are the product colors accurate on the website?
A: We do our best to represent our products accurately. However, monitor and device settings can vary, so colors may appear slightly different in person. Please refer to the product descriptions for detailed material and color information.
Q: Where can I find care instructions for my item?
A: Care instructions are listed on the product page under "Details & Care" and are also included on a tag with the physical product.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Not at this time. However, we can include a packing slip without prices upon request (just leave a note at checkout).
